By registering as a member, accessing the Udayan Secondary School Alumni Association website, participating in Association activities, or using Association services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the relevant Association service.
Udayan Secondary School Alumni Association exists to:
Maintain lifelong connections among Udayan Secondary School alumni;
Promote friendship and networking;
Support educational and social initiatives;
Organize reunions and alumni events;
Support the development and welfare of the Udayan Secondary School community;
Encourage professional and community engagement; and
Preserve the history and heritage of Udayan Secondary School.
Membership may be subject to eligibility criteria established by USSAA.
Applicants must provide accurate information during registration.
USSAA may verify membership information where reasonably necessary.
Members agree to:
Provide accurate information;
Keep their profile information reasonably up to date;
Respect fellow alumni;
Use Association services responsibly;
Protect their account credentials;
Respect privacy;
Avoid harassment or abusive conduct; and
Comply with applicable laws.
Association platforms must not be used for:
Fraud;
Harassment;
Threats;
Defamation;
Unauthorized commercial solicitation;
Spam;
Identity misuse;
Unauthorized collection of member information;
Distribution of another person's private information;
Hacking or unauthorized access;
Malicious software; or
Any unlawful activity.
The alumni directory is provided primarily for legitimate alumni networking and Association purposes.
Members must not copy, sell, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the directory or its contents without written authorization from USSAA.
Event participation may be subject to registration requirements, capacity limits, fees, safety rules, and event-specific conditions.
USSAA may modify, postpone, or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.
Donations are voluntary unless expressly stated otherwise.
USSAA may maintain appropriate financial and accounting records relating to donations.
Association logos, names, graphics, website content, publications, photographs, documents, and other original materials may belong to USSAA or their respective owners.
They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
Members may submit photographs, articles, memories, announcements, professional achievements, or other materials.
By submitting content, members confirm that they have the right to submit the material and authorize USSAA to use it for legitimate Association purposes.
Official USSAA communication groups are intended for constructive alumni communication.
Members must not use them for harassment, spam, unauthorized advertising, or unlawful activities.
USSAA may suspend or terminate access to Association services where a member:
Violates these Terms;
Misuses member information;
Engages in abusive behavior;
Provides materially false information; or
Uses Association systems for unlawful purposes.
USSAA may use third-party services for hosting, payments, communications, event registration, analytics, and other administrative functions.
Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
USSAA will make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
USSAA will take reasonable measures to operate its services responsibly but cannot guarantee that all third-party services, communications, websites, or member-submitted information will always be accurate, available, or secure.
USSAA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of Association services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
